Each product purchased is sold subject to its Product Description. We will take all reasonable care to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices of products appearing on the Website are correct at the time when the relevant information was entered onto the system. Dimensions are approximate and although every care has been taken to ensure that the colours are reproduced accurately, as some items are natural materials and are hand printed and handmade, shading and dimensions may vary slightly from the product pictured. Although we aim to keep the Website as up to date as possible, the information, including Product Descriptions, appearing on this Website at a particular time may not always reflect the position at the exact moment you place an order.
Wallpaper, Fabric, Cushions, Homeware, Stationery & Gift
We aim to have permanent availability although we cannot guarantee this. In the event that an item is out of stock, we will advise you accordingly and provide an estimated delivery date after the product is anticipated to be back in stock.
Window Film & Lampshades
These products are made to order (they are not stock items) and can take up to 10 working days to complete.
The dispatch time of your order will depend on the individual products you have ordered and their availability. We aim to dispatch products that are in stock upon receipt of your order. Where possible we will endeavour to send all of your order together, however any items that are out of stock will be sent as soon as possible, please note you will only be charged one delivery charge per order. Please note, that fabric orders of 3 meters and under will be folded and fabric orders that are 4 meters and over will be rolled. Once the order has been dispatched, the delivery time is normally 1 – 5 working day within Spain. Overseas destinations vary between 2 – 7 working days.
If delivery is attempted by our courier service and no one is available to receive the delivery, the driver will leave a call card to give you the option to arrange the delivery at your convenience, and will make one further attempt at delivery at no extra cost. If this further attempt is unsuccessful, the package is then returned to Isabel Howlett studio. Any further attempts to deliver following this would then be chargeable and the next delivery would not be made until a further payment has been made.
Standard delivery is on working days and Bank Holidays are classed as non-working days. Please note all of the above services require a signature upon delivery.
Samples are sent in the post via Royal Mail or Global Mail. Please note, that recently the postal service has experienced delays and samples have taken longer than usual to reach their destination.
Please note that all our orders are shipped from the Madrid Spain, so import duties and taxes may apply upon receipt of international orders, this includes shipments to the EU post-Brexit. These charges are not dictated by Isabel Howlett studio. Purchasers are responsible for any duties and/or taxes levied at the point of entry into the destination country.
If you supply an email address/mobile number you will receive an email/text to confirm that your items have been dispatched. Please note, we cannot be held responsible for any third party involvement delaying delivery. Isabel Howlett studio accepts all major credit cards – Visa, MasterCard, Visa Delta, Solo, Maestro credit and debit cards, American Express and PayPal. You will be taken to a secure payment server after the check out stage to make your payment securely by credit or debit card.
We reserve the right to withdraw any products from this Website at any time and/or remove or edit any materials or content on this Website. We may refuse to process a transaction for any reason or refuse service to anyone at any time at our sole discretion. We will not be liable to you or any third party by reason of our withdrawing any product from this Website whether or not that product has been sold, removing or editing any materials or content on the Website, refusing to process a transaction or unwinding or suspending any transaction after processing has begun.
We may cancel an order at any time before delivery.
We strongly advise you to thoroughly check your goods upon receipt. To protect your interests, any claim concerning short delivery and/or damaged and/or defective goods found on delivery, or concerning damaged or defective goods found at a later date, must be notified as soon as possible to our customer services department (Tel. 01277 350 581) or by email to contact@isabelhowlett.com. We do not accept any claims for damage caused by you the customer.
We want you to be delighted with your purchase and do our very best to ensure that our customers are satisfied with our product and service.
If you are not completely satisfied with your Isabel Howlett studio Product we will happily give you an exchange or refund for the product if it is returned within 28 days, unopened, undamaged and in the original packaging along with the returns form. Please send the parcel via a tracked service and keep proof of postage. The return is at your cost (which for international customers will include any custom clearance formalities and charges). However, if a product has been made or prepared individually to your specification, such as Lampshades, Window Film or cut Fabric, then these rights to return do not apply, unless the product is faulty.
Items will be refunded or exchanged providing that you have not used the item; it is in the same condition as when you first bought it; it has all its original packaging; and, you have taken reasonable care to ensure that any item is returned to us safely and not damaged in transit. We are not held responsible for returns that do not reach us. Please send the parcel via a signed for service, please return proof of postage. Please check carefully before returning any item.
In the event of the goods being faulty, we will either refund or exchange the goods. Please notify our customer services department with details and supporting images by email to contact@isabelhowlett.com

We will exchange your goods, or will reimburse to the card/payment method with which you paid for the goods, once the goods have been received back into Isabel Howlett Studio and inspected and checked.
Please note that your original delivery charges will not be refunded. A refund of the delivery charge will only be given in the instance of incorrect, damaged or faulty goods.
If we find that the product has not been returned to us in fully re-saleable condition, we reserve the right to refuse a refund on the item, or deduct up to 20% of the original selling price from the refund amount.
